Using Windows Explorer / Internet Explorer 6 |

You can access the FTP account in Explorer window using an address in the following format:
ftp://username:password@hostname
The username, password and hostname values to use are provided by Firenet upon service activation. |

You can use an FTP program, such as the WS_FTP program above to upload your website to our server using your FTP username, password and hostname. Some FTP programs ask for the default folder. If you have a Windows hosting service, this should be set to / (single forward slash). For Unix, this should be set to web/ (inc. slash). |

A common cause of FTP problems (other than incorrect username, password or hostname) is Passive Mode FTP. If you do experience difficulties while using FTP software, disable Passive Mode and retry.
If the problem persists, contact support for further assistance. |
